I used Michele Griffin to sell my home in Niceville, FL and she was outstanding. I've worked with her on other deals before, and she constantly delivers with regard to her knowledge of offer strategy, responsiveness, and the amount of time and effort it takes to get to closing. She knows the best way to promote her listings, and the way that she makes herself available allows for transactions to go through with the correct terms, contracts, and in the timeframe needed. Michele's work ethic is top notch. She spent hours answering my questions, providing data regarding comparable homes in the area and how to price the house based on the features I had in my home. Michele makes the home selling process incredibly easy and went over and above to accomplish steps that many other agents don't (but should). Her eye for detail and punctuality were critical to getting the home to market as quick as I wanted it to go. When I saw my listing, I was very happy. Her hard work and knowledge of what it takes to sell a home really paid off – the listing went live and had all of the right details and pictures to make the property move fast. The second (backup) offer I received saw the property and put in an offer that was accepted. It's important to note that Michele worked the initial offer, along with all the contingencies associated until the buyer side fell through – and she professionally and efficiently got the backup offer moving. My house went under contract only 3 days after I put it on the market. I got $23,000 over appraised value. The appraisal gap contingency she suggested we put in preserved this. This transaction couldn't have been a more pleasant experience, and it's all thanks to her. I've recommended Michele to everyone I know. She's a true professional and a genuinely nice person. I realize it won't always be this easy to sell your home, but I think you'd be hard pressed to find a better agent. Bottom line, she's a fantastic agent and the only one I'd use in this area. I will continue to recommend her to family, friends, and those moving to the area, along with using her exclusively. Michele deserves to be recognized for her outstanding commitment.

Michele was a joy to work with. She made the home buying process so easy, even before I was able to physically be in the area, and I am so appreciative of all her efforts to make sure that I was taken care of. She was so sweet, knowledgeable, and a true gem! If the time ever arises, I will not hesitate to work with her again.

Michele does a wonderful job keeping it real and simple. Explains things in an easily digestible fashion. Is great at streamlining by only bringing me issues and work that are needed. No superfluous information or actions. I would trust my first child to Michele. Michele is the type of person that can generate customer loyalty.
