Seller reviewWe first met when I walked into the Century 21 office. I felt that we had an immediate connection and understanding of what was happening with my situation and Michele was very sensitive to my needs. With me being 2000 miles away, Michele was my go to person for most everything. I felt that she handled the issues (and there were many) with grace and understanding. I think we were meant to sell this house together. Some of it was even a learning process for both of us, and she handled it well in my book. I also consider Michele my friend, not just my realtor. I cannot thank you enough for being there for me in many ways, business and personal !!! I will miss our "chats".

Buyer reviewMichele was put in a really strange position during my purchase. She did a great job, and I recommend her. I relocated for work and much of the initial communication was through a relocation company. I was looking in a small town quite far from her home area. The first house I tried to buy came with a selling realtor who is possibly the worst communicator on earth, but Michele went above and beyond my expectations dealing with her. I ultimately decided not to go through with that purchase, and Michele was able to recover my earnest money. The house I actually bought was not listed and did not have a realtor. I knew it was for sale by a strange set of only-in-a-small-town circumstances. Michele rolled with the punches and was able to close the transaction promptly.

Buyer reviewShe is a excellent asset Century 21. Refreshing to work with someone that has such a positive attitude. Would choose to work with her again. Would also recommend her to my friends. She was very helpful in showing us properties when it was convenient for us day or night. Always smiling and willing to answer any question we had. Never felt like I was bothering her when I couldn't make up my mind. If was looking for another property I would DEFINITELY choose Michelle Hernandez!
