From my first meeting (by telephone) Michele Owens put me at ease. I was most impressed by her willingness to work with me and expressing her vast knowledge and experience in dealing with probate sales in the past. Upon Michele (in person) she was timely and brought with her a portfolio of well organized comparable properties in/around the targeted area for me to view. I found her very easy to communicate with. By the end of our meeting I was confident that I had the right realtor to represent me. Michele took great care in advising me how to prep the property before the sale. She advised me on what I needed to do in advance of the sale. I listened and took her advice. She was a "hands-on" realtor who oversaw the property as if it was her very own. She is very trust-worthy. I felt that from the first meeting. She never disappointed me. Michele went over and above what would be expected in making sure the property was neat and orderly; always ready to present to potential buyers. Michele handled the advertising and kept me advised at all times how things were progressing. We communicated by telephone and email often. Any questions I had regarding legal terms she explained to me in as much detail as I required. I asked a lot of questions! She is very patient and always professional in every way. Michele does very detail work and I really admire that. I would not hesitate to recommend her to my friends. I cannot praise her enough! On a scale of 1-10 Michele Owens goes higher! I've not been disappointed in my relationship with Century 21 and would recommend the company to my friends. I have made what I hope will be an ongoing friendship. I

We were in the middle of giving birth to our 3rd child, and moving to a new city and starting a new job. There was so many stresses in our life, and Michele made sure that buying a house was not one of them. She took great care to make sure our house buying process was a joy and not a burden, she was clear, quick with responses to questions, knowledgeable, and was able to find us a wonderful house! We are deeply grateful for Michele.

She give you information about the Process from beginning to end. At the end of Closing I was almost ready to give up and Thanks to Michele with encouraging words and kind thoughts (stay positive) kept me on track.
