I lived in the Fresno / Clovis area until 2003 when my husband, a RN at Children's Hospital, and I moved to Madera. After working in the medical field for over 19 years, I decided I wanted to make a change. I have always had a love for Real Estate so in 2005; I obtained my Real Estate License and have continued to excel in all parts of real estate. I am trained to assist in military relocating as well as Short Sales and Foreclosures. love what I do, every time I hand a Buyer the keys to their new home or help a client sell their home it brings me joy. My clients are not just clients to me, they are friends. I have built many lasting relationships that all started with me answering a call or email to help someone buy or sell a home. Since closing Michelle has always had her and the family in mind sending holiday cards and calendars wonderful gesture. So when we wanted to purchase another home we knew it was her we wanted to work with. Michele is so efficient and knowledgeable. Is always available and works her schedule around ours. Michelle Shadle was recommended by another colleague and choosing her was the best decision we ever made. Trying to buy a house is stressful but trying to buy it half a world a way seemed impossible. Michelle answered every question we had and looked at or inquired on any properties we were j retested in. When we finally found a house she always kept us in the loop and tried to accommodate us. She was very responsive when we had concerns or questions about the house we were buying and if she didn't know the answer then she was very proactive at finding the right person that could answer it. She was a definite God send in our time of need and would recommend her to anyone we knew that was looking for a house in the Fresno area.
