Seller reviewI am a licensed Broker in both MN and WI, and have been for almost 30 years. I had no problem turning the transaction over to Michele, and letting her take the lead. My only previous Duluth transaction prior to this one was when I sold myself the house, which, by no means, makes me an expert of the Duluth/Superior Market. Michele is an expert on said market, it was evident from the beginning, and certainly at the end. She operates her business how I feel I operate mine, and it was a definite pleasure working with her. I would recommend her to anyone.

Without her advice in such a timely fashion, I would never have been able to have the necessary paperwork completed in time for closing.
