It was very much as if she'd been a close friend for years. Her knowledge of our local market extended well beyond just providing us with sales comps, that are already publicly available at some level. Touching on comps, though, she was very insightful in her knowledge of the numerous homes that had sold in the area. Her insight was invaluable in helping us in arriving at an attractive offering price, while ensuring that we obtained the best offer for our home. We would definitively recommend Mi Unger in helping you sell your home. While our interest in buying lay outside of the country, we would also highly recommend her for assisting you in buying a new one.
