Self confident that she could sell within a reasonable short time, she was willing to do what ever was necessary to make this sell happen. She is a hard worker. She kept me informed in all matters at all times. She respected my special requests without questions. I would recommend her to all who want to find a competent realitor. She is Pleasent to be around. A professional . Not sure I understand that question value for money ????? Ps. I don't remember how long to sell house. But she sold it fast enough for my happiness. She did everything expected of her and more. No open house, she got offer on house be for we got it fixed up. Resulting in , no open house, shown by appt only. It worked well, Very rare I delt with anyone but Michelle . But when I did, they also did a good job. No complaints here. Even if the house had not sold, it was a problem with title, not Michelle . But the title cleared and house sold. I would highly recommend her.
