We popped in to the office on a whim. Michelle happened to be there and we informed her we were interested in relocating to that area. That was on Monday afternoon and by Tuesday morning she was showing us houses. We were truly impressed with her kindness, friendliness as well as her willingness to work with us even though we were from out of state. She seemed to sense our needs and wants in a property and we were able to see several listings the next day. She was AWESOME to work with!

Michelle was timely and extremely helpful. Michelle took care of everything. I know others that are buying homes and they continue to ask "did you have to get this/do that?" My answer is always no because Michelle did everything for me that she could do herself. She was amazing.

Michele worked with us to evaluate our property, she was professional, knowledgeable, and available. We delayed our decision to sell, but implemented many of her suggestions to promote a sale. She understood our mandate that we wanted to sell, but not give away the property. Michele took every call and responded quickly to our requests. She listened to us and was able to prevent a major blow up of the deal by tracking down former owners. She did the work of the title company to secure valuable information regarding the right of way. Michele reached out to the loan company regarding a work around necessary sell the property. The property would have eventually closed, but due to her diligence we closed on time.

Michelle came to us highly recommended by a friend. The friend said, "she works hard to meet the needs of her clients and will do whatever she can to find the right house for you." That all turned out to be true. Michelle was great! She was approachable and knowledgeable about the area and always returned my calls/messages very quickly. The purchase of this house was somewhat difficult with it being HUD owned. Michelle had not done a HUD purchase before, but she went above and beyond with her research and calls to make sure this went as smoothly as possible. We highly recommend her!

Michelle was wonderful to work with. We live in Clarksville VA. The land Michelle listed for us was in Appomattox VA. Since we were not close by, the one thing that we so much admired about Michelle was her communication skills. This by no means was a large "commission" listing/sale, but rather the opposite. She treated our transaction as if it were a million dollar listing. At all times, Michelle exemplified stellar customer service, professionalism, communication, knowledge & leadership. Michelle is an outstanding communicator. She keep us posted with all showings and offers. Once an offer was accepted, we heard from her sometimes daily. Every step of the way she notified us, discussed issues at hand, promptly replied to email or call if we had questions, and made the closing process so easy. We basically turned it all over to her: she scheduled well and septic inspections, replacement issues, and coordination of closing. Overall experience was GREAT!!!! Outstanding job Michelle! We have dealt with other Real Estate Agents in the past that pretty much were in the business for commission only. Michelle is no comparison to those type of Agents. It is obvious that she strives to treat folks in a way she would prefer to be treated. We could not have been more pleased!!!!
