I am a proud Tampa native, born and raised! Having lived in the area my entire
life gives me a unique advantage and expertise in navigating every city and
neighborhood throughout Tampa Bay. I graduated from the University of South
Florida and hold a BA Degree in Interdisciplinary Natural Sciences. I was
previously a high school math teacher and am from a family of educators so if
you need information about schools in the area, I am happy to provide input!
In addition to real estate, my interests are health & wellness (I am also a licensed
massage therapist!) and everything related to fitness and healthy living.

Not only was my budget limited, but I was financing through the "dreaded" VA loan. I honestly had very little expectations that I would be able to find a home, especially in this market. Michelle understood my needs and quickly found a list of suitable homes for me. Rejection after rejection, she kept me motivated and didn't let me get discouraged, even though at times I wanted to throw in the towel. Just when I was ready to give up, Michelle notified me my offer had been accepted. While I was excited, I knew that the buying process had only just begun and was apprehensive that something would fall through. Michelle kept me focused and up to date on everything, answered all my questions and made sure that I closed in a little over a month, which I still can't believe happened as I write this from my new home. Michelle Garcia truly went above and beyond to help this Veteran get his home, and I'm so grateful I had her as my agent. I can't recommend her enough!
