Michelle plays by the rules of law, realtor professionalism and protocols/expectations, and fights for her clients! She is client focused, not sales focused. Michelle is a wealth of realtor knowledge and experience and she has the ability to cut through confusion and "lipstick on a pig" homes offered by sellers. she understands thoroughly the process of financial lenders, home inspections, pest inspections, 4-point inspections, storm & wind mitigation reports, as well as closing protocols. Michelle is just and fair, and is not afraid to challenge either selling or buying realtors with facts and reason. Michelle is a strategic realtor in regards to pricing and selling homes - she does her research and homework and is always well prepared for offers and counteroffers. She is a national treasure for Century 21 Affiliate - Tampa Office.

Buyer reviewI met Michelle over a year before our home search when beginning our relocation from the Midwest. She was so knowledgeable in everything and even referred me to a lender. When the time came to hit the ground running with a home purchase, she bent over backwards to help us! She worked all hours of the day and kept in close contact with us. She explained things to us that we didn't understand. When we put in our offer and we found our pre-approval wasn't technically legit, she immediately got in contact with our lender and got things done. We are eternally grateful for every thing she has done to get us in our dream home! I couldnt have done it without her.

Buyer reviewWe were impressed how on top of things Michelle was. She was very responsive to our questions. The other broker we considered left us waiting for answers. We felt Michelle really cared that we got the house we really wanted. Early on in the search process she let us know she wasn't going to let us settle for a house we didn't love. She traveled all over Florida with us and had an amazing positive attitude. We made the mistake of trying to buy a house as my husband was in the process of retiring (Don't do that!!). Michelle went so far above and beyond to make sure we didn't loose the house that we wanted. We can't say enough about her honestly and perseverance. She knew just who to contact to make the process run as smoothly as possible, and gave us great guidance and advice. Michelle Glantz is a true professional. I would highly recommend her to anyone. Working with her was a pleasure.

Buyer reviewWe were contacted by NFCU about using a vetted realtor to insure we had a great contract experience. NFCU matched us with Michelle, and they said she would be calling within 24 hours, Michelle called within hours. We made our introductions and she provided her mission statement to us. From there we were ready to march. We planned the trip to Fl. the meeting place, time and we hit the road running. We looked for three days and looking at four to five houses a day. The last day and the last house was it. In the beginning Michelle said: You will not find a house, the house will find you! She was dead on. We fell in love with the house as soon as we saw it, and the rest is history. There was some things that were out of Michelle's control which caused a little jockeying of the closing date, and that was the passing of my Mom. Everything came together in the end without any problems. Michelle is someone who gives you a 110%, and when you have someone on your team that is like that you can't help but want to clone the rest of the team giving her standards.
