Buyer reviewThe first time I met Michelle Glantz, she welcomed me with a hug. That hug surprised and pleased me at the same time. She is so warm and friendly and made looking at houses fun. I never felt pressured and appreciated that she made appointments for me to look at places only to meet me there and be told I wasn't interested after all. She never made me feel I was wasting her time. I think she caught on quickly to what I was looking for and knew as soon as I did (if not before) that a house was not what I was looking for.. Michelle's knowledge of all areas related to the purchase of our house was beyond measure. She had answers to any little question I had about the area, the workings of the house and the process of the purchase. My experience working with Michelle Glantz has been nothing but positive. I have worked with other agents in the past who, though professional, did not have half the knowledge, enthusiasm or dedication as Michelle. It has been obvious throughout the entire process that she loves her job, loves working with people and loves helping people find the perfect home. I feel Michelle has gone above and beyond her role as my real estate agent and I appreciate her more than I can express.

Buyer reviewMichelle Glantz had excellent communications with my wife and I during the time we worked with her. I am currently serving in the U.S. Army and due to my military obligations I was forced to be away from the purchased of the home. However, Michelle Glantz kept me informed with e-mails, text, and phone calls and she help my spouse understand the process all the way until the closing date. It was a VA Home Loan, and the loan processors kept requiring that I provide last minute military documents and asking me to redo procedures that have already been done. Michelle Glantz was very patient while I gather the documents that were hard for me to obtain and she helped me redo the task that the loan processor demanded. We are very satisfied with Michelle Glantz and are truly grateful for her expertise and outstanding work ethic. I would highly recommend Michelle Glantz to my friends and family as well as my Army co-workers who seek a VA Home loan.
