Our home had been on the market 2 years. We had had two brokers. Michelle had a contract on our home within two weeks. The fact she lives in the area and already had prospective clients was a great advantage. She communicated regularly and always answered our questions very quickly. Michelle was a perfect "fit" for us. We could not have been more pleased with the way Michelle handled our sale. She is top notch. Not one negative. She told us what was possible, and then made it happen. God brought Michelle to us, and we give Him all the thanks. Not sure if we thanked Michelle enough for "staying with it" through a very frustrating situation with the appraiser. Try and clone Michelle.
