Michelle is outstanding! Prior to looking at our house, we were considering building (we actually had a deposit on land), but wanted to take a look at the house anyway. To make a long story short, the building process was very frustrating, from contractors not returning our calls, to dealing with the land seller. We became very frustrated and disheartened. Michelle was the COMPLETE opposite! We connected with Michelle on a Wednesday and she already had a visit scheduled for Friday for the house! At that meeting, we fell in love with the house and even though it was pretty late on a Friday night, Michelle took the time to answer every one of our questions and thought of many that we didn't have or even know about! If there was a question we needed an answer to, Michelle either had the answer already, or got back to us the same day with the information. It is clearly evident that Michelle had our best interests at heart throughout the entire process. Michelle was an excellent resource for all aspects of the home-buying process, everything from lender recommendations, to move in checklists!
