Seller reviewI felt from my initial phone call that my gent, Michelle Rogin, displayed a high degree of professionalism and real estate knowledge. As hind sightis always 20/20 I was correct. A very diligent, hard working representative. Ms. Rogin was and is always accessible for any questions or concerns. On many occasions she provided the proverbial leg-work to obtain answers. I wass in sales for almost 50 years so I look for certain qualities when I am being solicited or someone is selling for me. Ms. Rogin exhibits those qualities. As an example, when other realtors were showing my home they were mute, hardly said a word. When Ms. Rogin had a prospective buyer she was very vocal explaining features and answering questions. Profesional attributes that not all salespeople possess.
