Seller reviewI had actually call Century 21 and another agent answered but was not positive on the phone or with trying to assist me. I just scrolled up the page and found Michelle's name and called. She was very friendly on the phone and answered my questions and offered assistance when and where needed and She was extremely helpful through the entire selling process. I would recommend Michelle to anyone looking to purchase or sell a residence. She definitely went above and beyond on my selling venture. (Note: I can't say any of the above influenced my decision - she just answered and started helping)

She was great at making sure I love the home I was purchasing and she was making sure that I was comfortable with the payments for my budget when I asked her to negotiate with the seller she was willing to do that for me she was awesome and I would definitely referring to her to family and friends and if I ever wants to buy another house I will make sure she was the one I had to deal with thank you Michelle

Seller reviewMichelle made the entire process seamless from listing to working with tenants and property managers. She took care of everything and as we live an hour away from the property. She took the stress out of selling and always had our best interests in mind. She provided excellent service when we purchased the property and was our only choice for selling it.

Buyer reviewMichelle was very kind and took all of my request (there was a lot) into consideration when searching for the perfect house for us. She was willing and ready to go and check out a house with us multiple times at varying times. She worked around our schedule and worked hard to have a good variety of houses for us to look at. Because of her kindness and friendship with others in the community we were able to look at a number of houses. In the end got our dream house through her connections in the community. Without Michelle there would have been no way we would have gotten the house we got; she worked very hard to get us the exact house we wanted and needed. We will definitely be using Michelle Stebbings in the future, and would recommend her to anyone wanting to buy or sell a house!
