I found Michelle by doing a Google search for top-rated Realtors in the area. From the moment we shook hands I was impressed with her professionalism and knowledge. She put together a package of comps and potential prices on the spot after a thorough walk-through and her immense knowledge and experience was evident. I found that she knew everything I wanted her to know -- the neighborhood, the potential sale price, the construction of the home and its strengths to potential buyers -- and she worked with me to get it on the market and sold as soon as I could get it ready. Her recommendations for prep before market were spot on -- she didn't lead me into things we didn't want to do. Some brokers know a lot about a little or a little about a lot -- Michelle knew everything. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Michelle was an integral part of the sale process, from helping get started, what needed to be replaced, and also how to leave certain pieces in home to make it present as lived in. I have a whole new appreciation for the word "minimize" that she impressed on us a few times. With the changes Michelle recommened, the walk through and inspection was flawless. This was a home of a senior who bought this new and the family had to prepare for the sale. Job well done Michelle!

Michelle is such an amazing person. To me she felt like a realtor, but also a family member. She was always extremely helpful and knowledgeable. She worked for me and always had her best intentions for me. I was able to connect with Michelle very well. Not once did she ever do something that I felt was unnecessary or that I didn't like. I will never use someone else as a realtor except her. I recommend her to everyone that is looking to buy.
