His open and transparent communication was priceless. He informed me that I could call with questions, concerns and or comments anytime and he lived up to what he said. His honesty and integrity were very apparent and appreciated. Mike scheduled an open house. He called me and invited me to the open house. That was one of the best experiences that I've ever had. It gave me a perspective on what a realtor does, their efforts and how they meet and communicate with prospective buyers. I would suggest that other realtors ask their sellers to attend and participate in their open houses. Thanks Mike...! Mike's sales experience was exemplary. His interaction and communication with people were also exemplary. We had open and honest dialog throughout the entire process.
