Seller reviewDespite being my brother, Mike treated us as he would any other client. He explained everything about the process ahead of time, and set our expectations appropriately. When we had questions, Mike would answer promptly or let us know he would get the information and get back to us. He did everything in his control to ensure the process of selling our house and purchasing our new home went as smooth as possible. Our house was only listed for one full day before receiving multiple offers! We are very pleased with the service we received.

Buyer reviewMike was at an open house we attended when we first started looking into buying a home (about a year prior to our final purchase). We appreciated his friendliness, helpfulness, and especially the fact that he wasn't overly pushy like other realtors we had dealt with. Even though we took a fairly lengthy pause on searching for a home, we ultimately decided to stick with Mike because we REALLY appreciated that he tried to stay in contact with us and be helpful, but he wasn't aggressive about our decision whatsoever. He was laid back throughout the whole process, and was extremely easy to get ahold of whenever we had questions. Overall, it was as easy-going and stress-free as you can get with buying a house... especially during the unknowns of COVID!

Seller reviewMike was easy to talk to. He spent time with us making sure all of our needs were met. This was a different time to sell a house with this current pandemic going on. Again Mike did a good job we don't have a lot of knowledge with sending papers back and forth over internet and computers. With Mike's help we managed to get through it. Never once did Mike make us feel uncomfortable if we didn't understand something all we had to do was call Mike and he would walk us through it. Mike was easy to talk to we never had to wonder if things would get done he always followed through with what he said. He was knowledgeable with any questions we had. We wouldn't hesitate to have Mike help us in the future or to recommend him to someone else.

It was our first home buying experience, and we would definitely recommend him to first time home buyers. He is very thorough, and patient. He took us all over town to look at houses, and helped a lot noticing things that may be questionable about the properties. He walked us slowly, and specifically through the entire process. He also knows people to help with every step of the process, and has great connections throughout the industry. We will definitely contact Mike again for our realty needs in the future... He also makes awesome cupcakes!
