Seller reviewMike knew the development very well. This was critical to us because we were selling a property from another state to us. He was easy going and knew his market very well. He communicated very well and was super timely in his response to any question we had. We interviewed 4 other brokers who wanted to list the house for a lot less. We knew the area and knew they were wrong. We contacted Mike and he sold it for a lot more with a lot less hassle. There were no surprises. I would highly recommend Mike. He is great at his job!
