I worked with Mike Dellaccio when I was selling a house. He makes a very professional appearance. He is well dressed and makes a good first impression. Additionally, he is knowledgeable about the market in the area and had a good marketing plan. From the photo shoot to the listing to the negotiation, everything went quickly and smoothly. Mike was available to answer any questions/concerns during this process and through the closing. The house sold for around what Mike had estimated which was higher than I had expected. Would happily work with Mike again and would gladly recommend him to anyone I know that is buying or selling a home. He make the sales process stressless.
