Our property is unique. Mike Healy helped us figure out how to go about making sure some things on the property were legal, and we would not be held accountable in the future. He helped us find out who to contact and made the connection with the property owner, so that we could look into an issue on the property. Mike Healy literally waded through a river with us to get to the back half of the property and help us find the property lines. Mike Healy handled all the paperwork efficiently and effectively making sure we understood what we were signing everytime. Mike Healy was easy to get ahold of and willing to make his schedule work around ours for us to see listings as soon as they became available.

Mike is up there with the best of the best, cant thank him enough for the work that he put in helping me at all hours and working around my changing schedule, if I needed something he had it handled, if he didn't have the answer he knew how to find it, and his base knowledge about the industry and the market was a big part in having Mike as my agent. When I went to do my final walk through we noticed that the washer and dryer had been removed and they were included in the contract, by the time I walked back outside he already had it handled and the ball was already in motion to make sure that I would have them when I was moving in. Very impressed at Mikes ability to adapted to this quick change. I was very impressed with Mike and he had been on the hunt with me for a house for almost a year. He never showed frustration when we set up are early morning viewing and I would walk out and say "this just isn't the one", and we viewed a good number of houses. He was very understanding of my needs and didn't try to force anything that wasn't going to work. I never felt pressed to make a decision. Honesty was a huge part in going with Mike as he would tell me exactly what was going on for better or for worse. Mike was with me through all of it other then a small portion at the end when he has a little scare with COVID and these strange times, he let me know as soon as it happened and let me know that he couldn't make it to my signing at the title agency. He asked me if I would fell comfortable having another agent when my signing was taking place and Michelle Anderson stepped in to help and was more then happy to help with anything I needed a better explanation of or was confused with. I am extremely happy with Mike and will use him again in the future, he even checked in a few weeks after moving in to make sure that everything went well.
