Mike was also very trustworthy and I believe had good morals and intentions throughout the process. He was also strict on the other parties who weren't keeping the ball rolling for us which helped move things along in a timely manner. At the end of our closing, he was kind enough to leave us a house warming gift basket and an appreciation card.
