Seller reviewMike clearly acted in our best interests at every turn. Mike successfully communicated to us what needed to be done and why it needed to be done. He did so in a way that made us feel as if Mike was treating our sale in the same manner and approach that he would treat the sale of his own home. He also gave us as a $200,000 sale the time and attention that a $1,000,000 plus sale would require. He was always available and responsive. Again, the Karsten family was very pleased to work with Mike on this transaction and cannot recommend him more highly to other family, friends and neighbors.

He also connected me with the right person to get an item removed from the area where my home is located that will literally save me thousands of dollars over the life of my home loan.

Seller reviewI have been a mortgage broker for over 25 years in the Bay Area. In that time I have worked with many real estate agents. Mike Liddi is by far the best agent i have ever worked with. Visalia was certainly not my best investments. I bought in 2005 at the top of the market. I started receiving postcards from Mike in 2010. He kept in touch and he sold my short sales in Fresno. As the years went by I had some poor tenants and he always kept an eye on my rentals, helped me with repairs and when it came time to sell aided me with contractors who were able to remodel at reasonable costs. I'm happy to say I just sold my last rental at a very substantial profit and i did from the Bay area. Mike is someone you can trust. He has your best interests at heart. I could not recommend anyone higher than Mike Liddi. If you are an investor you should especially have an agent like Mike. He's the best!

Mike's confidence and knowledge in the current housing market helped us sell our home within days and over our asking price. There is no doubt that Mike handles multiple clients at any given time, but he managed to make my husband and me feel as if we were his only client.
