Buyer reviewMike listened to our description of what we were looking for in a prospective property and showed us only properties that had these attributes. When we found our ideal candidate, Mike made the process of creating an offer and extending the offer very easy for us. He listened to what aspects were most important to us and ensured that these were addressed. He followed through once the offer was accepted to ensure we had the necessary permits / inspections to ensure that the property we purchased would meet our requirements. As a result the closing went without a hitch and no drama. Mike is a first rate person and real estate agent.
