I have received the CENTURION award, the highest production award given by Century 21 Real Estate, LLC, so I know how to get the job done for you! I love to take great care of my clients and they become long-time friends. Each year since 2012 an independent ranking company has awarded me with the Quality Service Award.
Training is essential! Let my Certified Residential Specialist and Graduate of Real Estate Institute degrees aid you in making the best real estate decisions. I also have a bachelor's degree from Brigham Young University with an emphasis in business management and finance.
The service is great! I have served on the State MLS committee, the Membership Committee, the Political Survival Committee, and the Grievance Committee for several years with the Utah County Association of REALTORS®. I am also active in church, community, and civic organizations.
Personal information: I have been a resident of Utah County for 60 years. I enjoy playing golf, fly fishing, skiing, and having fun with my family. I have a great wife, three super children, and the ten best grandkids ever.

Seller reviewMike went the extra mile in this sale! I bought the place new from Mike for my daughter to live in while she did her Dermatology residency and she had several pets. When she was done with her residency and it was time to sell we had several things we needed to do to get the townhome back in shape. I leave in Billings, MT and Mike handled everything from lining up the carpet and flooring people and found a good reasonable handy man for the painting and other repairs I couldn't be more happy the way things turned out! We had seven offers by the second day and we sold it above asking price!!

Buyer reviewWe recently bought a house in Payson, but before settling on Utah County, we looked at Tooele. Mikel Bushnell spent a good chunk of time driving to and from Tooele with us to look at homes. He was also very patient with our (very) particular needs and tastes. He was honest in his assessment of the homes we looked at - if he saw issues immediately or had thoughts about the property he shared them, and didn't tell us every house was "the one" or that we'd "never see a house like this again". I think this quality is VERY valuable in a realtor. Mikel came highly recommended by a family member, and I echo the sentiment. I would never go without a realtor since the process is so complicated. He guided is through every step, and it is clear he is experienced andgood at what he does. Thank you Mikel and Century21 Bushnell for everything you did to help us into our home.
