Since she has so much local listng experience (with great success), she was able to quickly get to the core of what needed to get done to make the sales process smooth and effective. She had her action items and we had ours. We took her advice and we were blown away at the results! She got the word out and we couldn't believe the amount of interest in our home! We had at least a half dozen offers on Day 1. The next day was the actual open house weekend. There was so much interest in the property that we closed the open house early on Saturday and went with an unbeatable offer. MiLyn talked us through from beginning to end. She couldn't have been more helpful and nice. She's the real deal and we highly recommend her. MiLyn was referred to us by a friend. She understood exactly what we were looking for, the type of neighborhood we wanted, and our budget. Great advice: get MiLyn as your realtor.
