Mindy was very timely in communicating answers to my questions and providing updates along the way. She was very approachable and made sure I was able to ask all of my many questions, understanding how important it was to me that I was kept up to speed on next steps in the long process. Mindy was there every step of the way to help answer questions and provide helpful answers and feedback. She was very detail oriented and immediately answered all of my many many questions. As a first time home buyer, this was very important to me. I would recommend Mindy to others because of her timely responses to questions and reassuring nature. She made me feel confident in my decisions, and helped me to fully understand the many steps in selecting and buying a home.
