We are long-term real estate investors exchanging some of the houses in our portfolio, but we weren't familiar with the nuances of selling our homes in Lantana. Miogene was recommended to us by the Judge Fite Property Management group, and she delivered on that recommendation. Starting at our first conversation, she shared her expertise and experiences with properties in the area. She gave us precise guidance on the improvements we could make to the property and the impact it would have on the price and velocity of sale, as well as the return on our investment. She connected us to local resources that helped bring the property up to (or exceeding) the other properties in the market. She truly made the process seamless and easy for us. Not only that, she sold the home for the price she originally set, within a week of going on the market. Miogene is a great communicator, an expert in real estate, and great to work with!

Seller reviewThe home that was sold backed up to apartments. It made for a challenge when it came to getting serious considerations. Miogene has sold in this area numerous times. While the total sales time from listing to closing was more than we expected, in the end we had a solid buyer. Miogene shared our listing with other agents that she knew. This home was a sale due to a divorce so timing was everything. Miogene knew that we were needing to get a solid offer quickly. She recommended that we discount the home price because of the apartments behind it. It was agreed and then within a couple of weeks there was a contract. Miogene has a solid network of contacts, both in the real estate area, as well as with contractors to assist in ensuring the home was turn key ready for the buyers. Thus she made calls and provided us with guidance along the way. Miogene is proficient in making sure that the homes she represents are 100% at their best for showings and presentations.
