Throughout the process of buying the house Mr.Baker was very clear on what was needed to be done and how it was going to be done, when entering the open houses he showed us what could be here regarding to living arrangements Mr.Baker was the most understanding and trusting person we worked with, if i had a question he would walk me through it and if he couldn't answer right away he always called at a timely manner The whole Century 21 team truly worked a team and everyone was very helpful Being a first time home owner buyer is always scary, but with the knowledge and assistance from Mr.Baker that worry disappeared and the process went faster than i imagined

Always answers his phone calls and is very receptive to suggestions and helps answer any questions asked. The home sold for a higher than average price for Belleair and was priced correctly. His negotiating skills are extremely good. Just a great experience with low stress. Mohammed took care of everything. Highly recommend him to anyone and will use him again.
