Molly did a great job of communicating with us. She was extremely timely with paper work and keeping everyone on track. She negotiated us a great price and made the whole process go very smoothly. Overall everything went much smoother than I was expecting. I had heard stories of the stress and problems of buying a house, but with Molly and her contacts, issues were dealt with and handled promptly. Molly was available whenever we needed her. She answered all our questions and patiently explained them. This was our first house purchase, so we had lots of them.
