She did everything she promised, and was amazing to work with. We are pretty thrilled with the whole transaction. Molly is really a pleasure to work with, always quick to respond, respectful, kind and conscientious. My property was located in a very remote area far out of the way, and Molly showed it dozens of times without complaint. Also, I live far away from the property so Molly even had someone cut the grass for me while listed so I didn't have to drive all the way up there. Molly went above and beyond to get my property sold, and I would definitely recommend working with her if you ever have the chance! I won't hesitate to work with Molly again if I am ever in the market for more real estate in the area.

Molly was very understanding of the complications regarding this sale, and very helpful in coordinating with the the buyers and attorneys. This property went to contract during covid and Molly was very patient in following through with all the legal and communication intricacies involved during the almost 2 year journey that it took to complete. I highly recommend her.

We bought our house 6 years ago and Molly was our realtor. Molly helped us find exactly what we were looking for. Molly seemed to work tirelessly to help us. Very professional and when I decided to sell a property I inherited, she took care of anything I asked and was a huge help. We had a lot going on and Molly made things easier. Because we used Molly before, I didn't even think ok anyone else. I am thankful and grateful for Molly's commitment and hard work. This wasn't easy for me to deal with because it was best friends since kindergarten,but Molly was very caring and compassionate and made things as worry free as possible. She's a keeper!
