Seller reviewThe only reason I would not use Molly Nolan again is that I live outside of the area and have no other properties there. Molly was an excellent realtor and went above and beyond to give supurb service. I really relied upon her knowledge, and very much appreciated her level of calm when I would be anxious about something. Communication was excellent, including when quick decisions had to be made. It helped immensely that she knew the area and similar types of properties. In a low inventory market, she was able to price the house appropriately for a quick sale, which included multiple offers and some escallation clauses. I would definitely recommend her to anyone in the area.
