I was born and raised in the Tampa Bay area. I have lived in South Tampa since 2004 and have been involved with numerous sports leagues and community activities, including The Board of Directors for Florida Hospital. I went to Florida State University where I played Varsity soccer all 4 years. I have been a Realtor since 2004 with Century 21 Bill Nye Realty. We are grateful for Molly's commitment through our relocation to St Petersburg including evaluating condo versus single family to ultimately purchasing a new build townhome. She guided through contracting with a home builder and negotiating strategies. She proactively communicated through the entire process and was very responsive to scheduling changes resulting from the storms. To say Molly Nye goes above and beyond would be an understatement. Molly is knowledgeable, thorough, and patient. She allowed us to come to her with just a little idea of what our dream would look like without any timeline in mind. She never rushed our decision and was constantly providing new listings for us to look at. Not only was she on top of every new listing, she listened to us as we provided feedback. She heard every little small detail that was important to us and would apply that to our search. Due to her never ending pursuit of our dream home, she found us the most perfect property that exceeds all of our expectations. She was by our side throughout the whole process.
