Seller reviewI had lived in my home for 42 years so knew it was going to be an emotional process for me. Molly Wendt was recommended by a friend. She came to my house, did a walk through and then we just sat and visited for about an hour. I knew that not only had I found my realtor, but a friend as well. Molly was so easy to work with. Walked me through every step, encouraging me every time we talked, and answered all of my "first time sellers" questions with a smile. She even watered my plants for me when I was out of town!! Once we had a contract, Molly again walked me through the process of what to expect, when to expect it, and who to call if something was needed. She kept me on track and her "knowledge of all things" made me very comfortable. I would recommend her to anyone in a heartbeat, no hesitation.
