Seller reviewLiterally performed miracles. I deployed while trying to sell my home. Monica handled numerous unforeseen circumstances while i was away. From a finicky a/c unit, multiple buyers backing out of contracts (last second), keeping the property clean, continually updating me on the status of my property and its sale, explaining documents, even retrieved and held onto my mail for me, on top of many other things. All without being asked to do so. At one point she briefly fell sick and still found a way to keep the process moving forward from home. Monica has done an amazing job here. She has gone far beyond anything i could have ever expected.
