Seller reviewMonica gave us the best real estate market advice of all other agents, and provided us true and essential facts on our market to find a correct asking price. Once we established that, she had us under contract with two full price offers and closed in less than 30 days. She works so hard and takes her job seriously, unlike so many realtors these days. She has a solution to every problem, and is very knowledgable about our island and the waterways so she could answer buyer questions with ease and honesty. She does not promise what she cannot deliver and has so much integrity--both for her client and the buyer. Our only mistake was not hiring her first! We sat on the market for almost a year with no sale. Best decision we ever made was hiring Monica.

She shortened the time frame of areas we wanted to focus on becuase of her knowledge of the area and willingness to listen to what we were looking for. She was patient and never tried to push us into a certain directions. From someone that has bought over 50 homes she was one of the best ever working with.
