I had another realtor who insisted on overpriced properties out of my reach, in order to maximize his commission and who was seldom available. Monica not only negotiated the best price WITHIN my budget, but even after the purchase she continues to help with home insurance questions, property tax questions, etc. She has far exceeded my expectations and I cannot recommend her enough! She has a wealth of knowledge about real estate and everythingn related to the industry. It's obvious this is not just about a commission for her - she has a true passion for finding people homes!
