The exchange of contracts and closing was an absolute pleasure. Monica is professional, yet makes you feel like family and she will go out of her way to help you reach your goals. She was extremely trustworthy, on the ball, and had a very calming effect on me during my anxious moments. By the end of the experience she was a new girlfriend cheering me on the purchase of my first house.
