Monica went above and beyond the normal job description of a real estate agent in working with us. I have used roughly 10 different real estate agents throughout my years and Monica was head and shoulders above all of them. I would recommend her services to anyone, and have the utmost confidence she would make my recommendation look like a great idea. I would give Monica a 13 out of 10! Excellent in all categories. Buyer reviewexperience working in the market and prior history of working with her in the past were probably the most instrumental reasons for choosing our agent. we were first time home buyers and thus with not much experience in critiquing structure/landscape of an individual home so our agent was very helpful when we were looking at the inside as well as outside features of different properties. we will definitely use Monica again. She was very professional and accessible.
