Ehe you have Monica on your side, you know she is on it even before you text her. She anticipated so many of our questions and concerns and already had initiated action. Her knowledge of the age of the houses and the types of inspections to have done saved us $15,000. Her diligence got us to the closing completely satisfied with the results. She went over and above in so many ways from vacuuming the sand the plumbers tracked throughout the house, having a lockbox on the door for our late arrival (14+ hour drive in a day), and supplies at the ready! Excellence is rarely seen, but Monica Townley is the standard all realtors should hope to measure up to.
