Seller reviewMonica contacted me when I was selling a rental property and before I got it on the market my granddaughter offered to by it. She became my advisor on how to put the package together and helped arrange a lender that was able to do the financing under difficult circumstances. When I offered to pay her she said "referrals in the future was pay enough". She got my listing and sold it to a California buyer under challenging circumstances. Working on another listing referral from me now. Best of all my wife and I have found a new friend.
