Seller reviewWhen you have to sell your house the most difficult thing to decide is what realtor should I choose. In my case, my mom died at 96 and I had to sell a house she really loved. I went on line and started to look for a sales person. I found a picture of Monica. I reviewed her past clients' comments, which were all very positive. I called her on the phone to make an appointment. I wanted to meet her and see what my gut would tell me. Yes I chose her and she is fantastic. Monica is a born sales person. She is very knowledgeable, extremely honest, very respectful, punctual and a really great person. Monica made our family's very difficult time much easier by handling the sale of the home in an impeccable manner.
