Buyer reviewCentury 21 and it's agent and staff were what we were looking for. Myrick handled everything exceptionally and watched out for us, he was on "Our Team" from day 1. Let me see all the "above" doubled, actually outline Myrick's performance. He is a "one of a kind" I couldn't have asked for a better Agent. He is definitely No.! in my book. Very helpful and knowledgeable The BEST sales experience I could have ever imagined. Myrick is a wonderful man, he wasn't just our agent, he ended up "our friend for life". He is a man who truly is concerned about what you want and need. That's what its all about when you look for someone to help you do one of the most important things in your life. Either buy a house or sell one. I would recommend Myrick Thibodeaux if you are looking for a down to earth person with compassion for what you need. Love the guy.

Throughout every transaction, he has been extremely helpful, knowledgeable, trustworthy, able to deal with all types of personalities and very, very patient. He was a perfect broker for our family. Our primary home is in Oregon, and Myrick responded quickly to any and all of our emails and phone calls and helped us get things done in Texas. We are not easy clients; at least I'm not, and he never once told me "I was crazy." He just helped make my needs happen. He's a great guy and has done a wonderful job for us and our other family members. We have and will continue to recommend him to others who have been equally as pleased as we are with his services. This home was my first ever purchase, and to be honest, without Myrick's patience and Integrity, I would have been so stressed out I doubt I would have made it through the whole process.
