Seller reviewIf you need a realtor that will be on your side the whole way through the selling/buying process then Nadia Hicks is your person. She will fight for what is best for you. This sweet lady has put up with my husband and I for the last two years and not once did she ever say "No", she was always sitting on "go" when I called or text. I would always tell her to bring my house hunting buddy, her sweet husband Wesley. Wesley is her #1 fan and supporter with him beside her only makes her stronger. Nadia, I want you to know how much I appreciate you and all your hard work through our selling/buying process. We cherish your friendship and I truly believe you love what you do. Buyer reviewThere's only one word to describe Nadia and working with her as a realtor; Amazing! We moved from out of state and had very little knowledge of the area. We weren't sure how working with a local realtor would go but Nadia put all our worries to rest. Her professionalism and communication is top notch and she really made us feel like we had known her forever. She was there through every step of our home buying process and was key in getting us into our dream property. We had a few hiccups along the way and she was always there to ensure that she was working for resolution. I don't feel like things would have gone well without Nadia there and really appreciate all she has done. I would 100% recommend her as your real estate agent. Thank you Nadia!

She never once showed any dissatisfaction with the timeframe it took to locate the just right property. After showing us Multiple apon Multiple properties we found just what we have been waiting for. Her dedication to make sure the customer is happy and satisfied with process is second to none. Since our purchase she is now working as hard to sell the house we have been in for the past 16 years.
