Dear Nancy,

I wanted to thank you for your thoroughly professional job with a personal touch in regard to helping us sell my sister's condo. With my sister in a nursing home and Medicaid looming on the financial horizon, time was of the essence in selling her condo. You came up with excellent strategies for attracting interest and making the sale in a timely fashion - in less than two months! I read this week that a quarter of homes sold nationally lose money because of today's economy. With your strategies, my sister realized a good profit, enabling her to have more resources to get things she needs. Your personal touches were also greatly appreciated. With my living in New York, distance made it frustrating at times. You not only kept in constant touch, but also supplied reassurance when, as a first time home seller, I was feeling stress or anxiety. You gave of your time and energy to take care of little things that would have been a 700 mile round trip for my husband and I. My only regret is that when we are ready to sell our house in Rochester, you are not here to be our agent. God bless you Nancy!
