Buyer reviewWe wanted to work with someone with proven experience, was ok with being asked tons of questions about the process and someone willing to go see houses at anytime since the market is so crazy right now. Nancy exceeded expectation in all regards and we couldn't have had a more enjoyable experience buying our first home. Overall, she was very friendly and communicated well but was also just aggressive enough to secure a good deal for us.

Shortly afterward she understood that I strongly preferred to search for houses on my own and bring to her attention anything that I was potentially interested in. Thus, she tailored her approach to meet the needs of a specific client. When visiting a house, she had knowledge of home features that I did not. For instance, one house had several different types of flooring with one being a heavy and expensive to remove product. She cautioned me that it may be difficult for me to resell a house like that and a renovation could be expensive. She was proactive in communicating on my behalf with the listing agent for the house I eventually purchased, and she persuaded the seller to remedy our big asks.
