Best home purchasing experience I've ever had. Even though I've purchased homes before I had never purchased an older home. Nancy's expert eye for the "the little things"...and not so little things was greatly appreciated. Buying a house is always nerve wrecking, but I was so much more at ease knowing that I had someone who truly had the best intentions for me and my son. Truly a great experience. It made me feel so much better when Nancy would "translate" the legal information for me.
