All her efforts in marketing my house and helping me get the house upgraded in time alleviated most of my stress with the sale. When I did stress myself, she also helped me to stay focused on the right things that mattered and to make the right decisions. Her confidence in knowing the market in Baton Rouge and especially my area helped me get the most out of my sale. I valued her advice throughout the process and appreciated her backing on the big decisions we had to make. Lastly, I can't say enough about how much she did to personally put final touches on my house and to help oversee contractors while I wasn't even in town. And even after closing, Nancy has checked up on us to make sure we didn't need help with anything else. It would be hard to find someone as dedicated as she is. Polite, professional, thorough, and energetic. All great qualities for a realtor. But when you add decades of experience and extensive knowledge of the playing field, it feels like you really have an unfair advantage! Nancy made things move so easily and seamlessly, it was almost like we had activated a cheat code!
