Nancy Kramer Kaman is a descendent of some of the oldest families in Florida, tracing her heritage to both the first Spanish and British periods of St. Augustine's history! She is a second-generation St. Augustine Realtor. Her parents, Peggy Ponce Kramer and Emerson Kramer, operated their own real estate agency in St. Augustine for over 20 years. It was through this introduction that Nancy developed an interest in the business. She completed coursework and passed the Florida real estate exam at the age of 19.
She also pursued a post-secondary education at Flagler College, earning a B.A. in Business Administration in 1988. At the University of North Florida, Nancy completed her teaching certification in 1994 and taught in the St. Johns County School District for approximately 10 years. During this time, she earned a Master's Degree in Supervision and Administration from the College of Education at UNF; and, in 2013, she completed her Occupational Therapy Associate studies, earning an A.A. from Daytona State College. Throughout various career paths and raising 3 children, alongside her husband (Brian), Nancy continued her real estate education and personal property investments, while maintaining her license continuously since 1985!
Over the last six and a half years, she has developed a very successful career as a Full-Time Realtor and earned her designation as a Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES). As a SRES, Nancy utilizes her knowledge, varied background, and network of resources to assist customers in downsizing or aging in place. While she uses today's technology in her marketing efforts, Nancy still believes that providing top-notch personal service is a critical component of success! She is very service-oriented and is dedicated to giving her clients the attention and assistance they need. As a trusted advisor for many, Nancy works with patience, empathy, trustworthiness, and integrity!

If we did not see eye to eye, I would be able to terminate and engage with a new realtor. As it turned out, Nancy was absolutely fantastic. She far exceeded my expectations and was incredibly helpful -- being well on in years, her kindness, consideration, advice, and overall efficacy meant that my relocation to Florida was as stress free as it could be. I relied on Nancy for all the pre-arrival tasks, from walkthrough to initial contact with the management company. En gaging Nancy as my realtor was one of the best decisions I ever made. Nancy was indispensable to me, and responsible for making this the best move ever (and I have moved a lot over my lifetime). At 68, relocating to Florida was never part of my plan, but things happen, and relocation became the optimal course of action. Obviously, a major move at this stage of life comes with many more difficulties that my last move, 21 years ago. With Nancy's help, and her willingness to go the extra mile, my relocation was virtually without problems. I wish I could repay her for all she has done for me.
