When we found the right property Nancy Kappmeyer was there to helped through every step of the buying process! She was in tune with what I needed to offer and counter offer!

We met Nancy by calling her number on a yard sign that was posted in a property we were interested in learning more about and possibly buying. We were from out of town, so we didn't know any realtors in the area, and we hadn't planned on buying any property on this trip. Ultimately that property didn't didn't work out, we decided to walk away, no fault to Nancy, she was great! A few weeks later we found another piece of land that had another agent's sign on it. We reached out to that agent to learn more, but she was not responsive or helpful at all. We decided we wanted the land, but there was no way we were going to work with the agent who's sign was on the land, so we reached back out to Nancy because she was so helpful, responsive, and nice to work with previously. At the end of the day considering all realtors we have ever worked with Nancy is by far the best. So responsive and helpful, we can't recommend her enough. To think how lucky we got just cold calling a number on a sign with no references. Even when there were issues getting financing with the bank she stepped right in and set the bank straight on how they need to do their job. One she did, everything moved along smooth again. Thank you Nancy! You are the best!
